Can be worn on or off the shoulder The shoulders have an issue with the fabric splitting.

I have repaired them and I would wear it just like it is. The dress would be great to use as a pattern.

The price is reflected on the issues it has. It looks like it happened because the dress had been hung on a hanger and should have been folded over the hanger. Measurements are taken lying flat and are not doubled.
