Ruffle on the bottom skirt.

Zips up the back.

Puffy elasticized sleeves.

Faded on the top of the shoulder where it has been sitting on a hanger or in a closet for years. Hard to see from images but it there.

Bust has been taken up a little bit and could be let out. The waist is set at a 12 1/2". 

Weights over 2 lbs.

Slight fading on the top shoulders.

Measurements are taken laying flat and are not doubled.
